Farm analogies in an arts column? Yes.
I was ruminating last week, as I pondered the topic of this week’s column, and trying to tap into something that would be relevant and interesting for readers. Not as easy as you might think when writing an arts column in the midst of a 16-month pandemic drought. However, as summer wanes and the arts sputter back to life, like a classic car struggling to ignite after being buried in a barn for a decade, I was reminded of an event I once did that was unique and great creative fun.
